This line of credit is used as needed. Borrowing guidelines require a minimum of $1,000.00 per withdrawal with a maximum of 3 withdrawals per year. There are no early payoff penalties.

Home Equity Lines of Credit
We offer Home Equity Loans as follows:
Lines of Credit from $25,000 to $200,000.
Variable interest rate, adjusted quartely to reflect the Prime Rate as published in the Wall Street Journal.
The current interest rate for new Home Equity Lines of Credit is 3.25% .
Property must be owner occupied and located in Massachusetts.
Loan to value ratio not to exceed 80%.
Interest paid may be tax deductible. Consult with your tax advisor.
